Silas Wolff of Wolff Works will be here at Snug Harbor the Saturday before Father’s Day, to talk about his blacksmith work and the science that goes into making his tools. Silas is a scientist turned blacksmith, who holds a Master of Materials Science and Engineering from UC Berkeley, and a Doctor of Engineering, designing alloys for high temperature applications in Germany.
